I stayed at Grace Manor during my performance in York with Center Stage Opera Company. The Asian suite has an incredible river stone shower and an ornately carved bed unlike any I've ever slept in. Sleeps up to four guests, one full-size futon and one full/king custom-designed canopy bed. The bed's length is longer than a king and the width is full-queen, private bath with shower.

Elements of several Asian cultures are integrated into this two-room suite plus private bath.

Lounge

Your journey to the orient begins with a Japanese lounge area inspired by the opera Madama Butterfly. A Geisha tapestry adorns an entire wall complimented by a vintage Madama butterfly poster on an adjoining wall. We kept it simple yet fabulous by adding a 32-inch flat screen television.

Bedroom

You will feel like royalty when you sleep on the hand-carved Malaysian canopy bed draped in jewel-tone silks.

Bath

We continue the cultural fusion with a Japanese-inspired bath with a shower adorned with river rocks, a glass vessel sink and brushed nickel bamboo fixtures.
